We look forward to welcoming you to the NAfME Eastern Division Conference in Hartford, CT, April 24-27, 2026. We have an exciting conference planned. This year, we anticipate 800-1,000 attendees from throughout the Northeast. We will also have over 700 students in six different ensembles. Educators, students, and parents attending the conference can visit the exhibits!

Hours of Operation
- Thursday, April 24, 2025. 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- Friday, April 25, 2025. 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Saturday, April 26, 2025. 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
During the exhibit area’s opening hours, an attendant must be responsible for each display. Guard service will be provided when the exhibit area is closed and locked.
SET UP TIME
- Wednesday, April 23rd – 2pm – 7pm
- Thursday, April 24th – 6:30 AM- 1 PM
Booths are 10’x10′.
Decorating, furniture rental, and power orders must be arranged and purchased separately. Information will be sent after your registration is completed and paid.
Exhibit space is reserved at a flat rate per exhibit space:
- $800 per space for commercial enterprises
- $750 per space for colleges/nonprofits
Four representatives per organization are included with your registration—additional badges at $100 each.
